A Chalmette man and his granddaughter who failed to return home
Sunday from a jet skiing trip in Chalmette were found alive and in
relatively good shape Monday morning after spending a cold night under a
piece of tarp in Bayou Bienvenue, according to St. Bernard Parish Sheriff
